Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on AUSTOBAC Official Store are the final prices payable for the products shown at checkout.

Applicable Australian taxes and duties included in the product pricing, including relevant tobacco excise, are reflected in the prices charged to customers.

2. No Hidden Tax Charges at Checkout

For orders delivered within Australia, customers will not be charged a separate additional tax amount at checkout for Australian taxes already included in the applicable product price.

The amount payable at checkout will be clearly shown before the order is submitted.

3. Tobacco Excise

Tobacco products sold in Australia are subject to Australian tobacco excise and other applicable taxation requirements.

Tobacco tax rates and related requirements are determined under Australian federal legislation and may change from time to time.

Changes to applicable tobacco taxes may result in changes to our product prices.

4. Australian Domestic Delivery Only

AUSTOBAC Official Store currently ships products within Australia only from our local warehouse in Sydney.

We do not offer international shipping.

As we do not process international orders, customers are not required to pay cross-border customs duties or import taxes through our website for an overseas shipment.

5. Price Changes

Product prices may be updated when applicable taxes, tobacco excise rates, supplier costs or other business costs change.

Any applicable price will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
