Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

AUSTOBAC Official Store ships orders from our local warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales.

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. We do not ship tobacco products to destinations outside Australia.

All orders are subject to applicable Australian federal, state and territory laws and regulations, including requirements relating to tobacco products and age-restricted goods.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders may require additional processing time where age verification, payment verification, address verification or other compliance checks are required.

We may delay or cancel an order where we are unable to complete required verification or where fulfilling the order may breach applicable laws or regulations.

Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

3. Delivery Times

After dispatch, typical domestic delivery times are generally:

• Major metropolitan areas: approximately 1–3 business days
• Regional and remote areas: approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier network and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to eligible residential and business addresses within Australia, subject to courier service availability.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Age and Delivery Requirements

Tobacco products are age-restricted products.

Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products.

We may require age verification or other identification before an order is dispatched or delivered. If required verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled.

Where applicable, delivery may also be subject to age verification or signature requirements imposed by the delivery provider or applicable law.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Courier service disruptions
• High delivery volumes
• Regional or remote-area delivery conditions
• Address accessibility issues
• Age verification or compliance checks
• Events outside our reasonable control

7. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to satisfy an applicable age verification requirement, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Any refund or redelivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the reason the parcel was not delivered and any applicable legal requirements.
